• Start small.
• Leave the office. (or if you work at home, leave the computer/ work desk/ studio etc.)
• Turn off all electronic gadgets. <-- The missus often feels she's lost me to the iPhone. I'm working on this, honest!
• Be 100% present.
• Take a walk.
• Eat outside.
• Prepare for your day.
